Reef Builder raises carbonate alkalinity without immediately impacting on pH. With long term use there will be a tendency to stabilize at pH 8.3. Used as directed, Reef Builder will not deplete calcium, magnesium, or strontium which usually tend to precipitate with increasing alkalinity. Reef Builder and Reef Buffer may be used together.

I am setting up a new 55 gallon tank never used abstract can u buy now and use late? Would 110 pound be enough to have a three inch bed
We are new to having aquariums, we really didn't realize so many things played a factor with the water. We currently have a 10 gallon tank but want to increase to a 29 gallon tank. We currently buy gallons of water but with the 29 gallon tank we really don't want to have to do that. We have well water with a salt filter. My levels from to tap was nitrate 10, nitrite 0, hardness 0, chlorine 0, alk 100, ph 7.. is my tap water safe even with the salt filter.
If I make water for salt water fish, about how much sea salt I need to put in water? And does the sea salt must be cleared

Hello! I'm looking to add some additional fish to my 36 gallon reef tank. So far, I have an orange firefish, 2 ocellaris clowns, a fire shrimp, a peppermint shrimp, and 4 blue legged hermit crabs. Do you have any recommendations other than damsels?

My 5gal goldfish tank (for a 4 in goldfish) is currently at a really low pH (6.0-6.4). What is the ideal range for goldfish, what is the best way to alter the pH and how gradually does the change need to be.
Are these steps good for this fish's wound and finrot? Part of the fish fin fell off but it is okay now. We're planning to quarantine him and use aquarium salt. Is there any last minutes subs for the salt? Tomorrow is Christmas so the stores will be closed, and we need to help him asap. so.. Are these steps good and are there any last minute subs?
Fish has white fluffy stuff on gills and eyes as well as what looks like fin rot. We’ve lost almost all the fish in our aquarium… we thought ick initially and have dosed Melafix but it doesn’t seem to be working. They won’t eat, they’re either laying on the ground or floating at the top of the tank gasping ): we have a large tank with several peaceful species and now we’re down to just a handful of fish left. We are devastated.
