My cat was playing with a ball on my sweatshirt hood when he got a loose thread from the ball. He swallowed it. See the below pictures. Should I take him to the hospital?
I know that artificial snow is toxic to cats. If licked. My mom just bought a christmas wreath that has a snowy look to it, and had it setting on the floor, i heard my cat in the bag and checked on her and found her with the wreath and she had some of the snow on her. My question is is ALL artificial snow toxic to cats if licked? What signs do i need to watch her for since it was on her fur and im not sure if she swallowed any... The wreath in the pic is the snow in question.
Hi, my one year old cat got a new wool ball today and is seemingly obsessed with it. I am allergic to wool so she hasn't had access to it before, but with this new wool ball toy she won't let it go. She has been carrying it around in her mouth and chewing on it and some of the wool seems to be coming off and I'm afraid she may ingest it. I have taken it away from her for now but am wondering if these wool toys are safe or if the danger of her ingesting the wool is real cause for further concern.
My fat cat is not very active and I don't know what toys to use-she usually play's with a small rubber type of toy but she sometimes eats the heads off She has a rubber grape she carries around Is this bad? Any toy recommendations?
We have Christmas decorations up which include garland and Christmas tree. One of my cats just throw up 4 times in a row and you can see green stuff in the vomit. Not sure if it’s poisonous or if he’s going to be okay now.
Can Flocking/Fake Snow be fatel to a cat by anyway other than a risk of blockage by toxicity/poisoning if it's ingested in large amounts? I've been keeping an eye on her since lastnight when she was around dried flocking and had some on her fur which I brushed off athat she got off my moms wreath and she hasnt gotten sick yet, but I'm not sure if she ingested any because I checked on her when I heard her in the bag and seen the flock on her fur.
My cat coughed this up what is it its stick and gummy texture
My dog ate my cat’s toy im concerned and I have attached a picture of my dog and an estimate of the toys size (that toy is not the one he ate, he ate and swallowed a different one) thats just for reference.
I just found out that my cat spirit hes 7 months old ate a piece of Christmas tinsel its hanging from his butt I just need to know will it come out on its own the rest of the way
My kitten ate a plastic holiday window cling, she already swallowed it before I could take it out of her mouth. What can I do now? Should I take her to the vet or try and wait for it to pass?
I know tinsel is dangerous to cats, but why is it harmful? And what about other holiday decorations?
My kitten threw up this object ? She seems to be fine has now. But was sneezing earlier .
