I ordered 2 of these. There were missing pieces and the glue used to keep the dow/perches in place was old and dried up. Also, shipping was terrible. They were not shipped in a box just taped together. Plastic around them was ripped. I've used these table top play pens for years. However this is the first time I've purchased from Petco. I'm not sure that Petco is a trustworthy vendor. I was told by customer service that this product was shipped via a third party vendor. Again I'm not sure that Petco has a investment is keeping customers happy.

Very poorly made. Had to glue the rungs in and the top perch where the water cups go one doesn't fit at all and the other is tipped at a very odd angle. If shipping wasn't so much I would've sent this straight back. Not happy at all with it.

I have a blue and gold macaw so this is great for traveling since her long tail cannot fit in other travel cases. I travel frequently with her and all I do is buckle the perch in the car and we are on our way. This is also nice because it is a cheaper travel perch. The bird loves that she can still dance in the car and not be limited to a box. It is not very sturdy, however, and I have had to make some repairs. The post connected to the base was wobbly and I had to add wood wedges to make it more reliable. the spokes going up to the top will not stay in their holes so I removed them completely. I would glue them in place if my bird used them but she doesn't so I just put them to the side. The top spokes are a little more secure, but I did glue them in because one side would fall out frequently. With a little added love this perch really is a good buy for traveling.

This is a great stand for my mustache parakeet. She's slightly physically challenged so I was worried that the spacing would make it hard for her to climb up, but she's perfectly able! The only thing she doesn't do it go from bowl to bowl because the middle part of the stand is too tall for her - and her feet are part of her physical issues. But, like I said, it's almost perfect for her!

My Pineapple Conure does not like it at all!!! The bars are not conveniently placed. He doesn't bother with it. He uses it as a poop station. Well now it's collecting dust in my garage.

Our pineapple green cheek Penelope loves her new play stand. Nice to have two cups attached for food and water. No assembly instructions included, but hey, it's not rocket science. Used needle nose pliers to attach the main pole into the base (as it is recessed and a little tricky to do by hand). All in all, great "bang for the buck"!

Was my birds birthday present. Assembly was impossible without electric pliers. I assume somewhere along the line the hole was drilled too small or came with wrong sized screws. Do not buy this product.

I love the play stand and my lndian ringneck loves it better. The price was just right and the quality was excellent and delivered in a very timely manner. I would recommend this play stand.. Thanks Missvella
