I have been noticing white things on my cat's fur during this month. I groom her using a brush everyday, and clean her using cat wipes every day or two to clean + moisturize the fur. (Never bathed her) What are these white stuff? Please check attached photos!

Some white dust is coming out of my 4 months old smooth coat German Shepherd puppy as I comb her coat harder... Previously it was scratching so much before I gave her a bath...
