-4 of my cats over the last couple of weeks started having a clear liquid weep from their eyes and turn a green/brown color when it dries. They eventually have recovered, but it has come back again. They are indoor cats, so I am not sure what could have caused it or what it is; any advice?
I have five cats and one outdoor barn cat. All of them have had a rotating illness but fecal and blood work have all come back normal for them so the vet is stumped. IV fluids overnight at the vet seemed to clear it out for two of them. Sweet Pea is the only one sick for now. He has very distended eyelids, some diarrhea, and seems dehydrated although he is drinking a lot of water all day and still eating fine. We got a rescue kitten we had to treat for worms 4 months ago but fecals are all good.
