It may work for someone else but with my unique natural stone floor, it left a mark and didn't remove the urine stain. I was grateful for the 100% money back guarantee on the product. Thank you, Petco!!!!!

I was sick and in bed all day and my pup peed a large amount by the door and I could not get the residue off my laminate despite using Mr clean about 3 times. I used this once and the residue is gone. So happy I got this.

Contains Serious Fragrance

It's been a gazillion years since I've purchased Nature's Miracle. Maybe back in the day, it didn't have such a strong smell, but this one contains fragrance and it's overpowering. I used it in a bathroom and now the entire house reeks of it, and it is not going away even with fans running and windows open.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Happy homeowner

So far, so good. We’re training a new puppy who I think picked up the scent of a previous dog in our new home. We had the ceramic floors steam cleaned but the hearth was not cleaned. This is where the puppy had a liquid accident. I cleaned and sprayed with NM right away. The puppy sniffed around and seemed not to like it. She has not had any more accidents and seems to avoid the area.

Yes, I recommend this product.

My dog is on medication that is making her more thirsty, therefore drinking more water and subsequently having accidents in the house. She is having accidents over night, so by morning, sometimes the urine is drying and smelly. Amazingly Nature Miracle hard floor stain & odor remover cleans this right up and there is no lingering smell. Very thankful we have the stain and odor remover which has helped us through this.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I recently found an old urine puppy stain in an area on my hardwood floor. It has been there for awhile and now there is a dark stain in the wood. Will this product or another one of your products work on lifting out this old dried urine stain?

  1. This product I haven't tried on hardwood. It works great on carpet. For any hardwood set in stain there are a lot of factors to get the best answer. If your hardwood floors are sealed you might be able to use this. Most effective cleaner for wood in any care is vinegar and hot water. 1 ro 1 ratio. If untreated wood you will have to hand dry to not warp the wood

Does this work for bird droppings?

  1. I used it for cat urine. I think it is supposed to counteract the ammonia in the cat urine. Idk if it will work for birds droppings but I kind of doubt it due to different chemical makeup. If you can see an 800 number for questions on the picture of the bottle I would call them.

I bought this product, today. Since they are working with a skeleton crew, I didnt want to tie them up but asking questions. I have red oak floors that have a polyurethane coat. Is it safe for me to use it, on my floors?

  1. I use it on mine, even in conjunction with Method's wood floor cleaner. I'd try a small patch first just to make sure.

Is this good for dried feces or just urine? My cat and my dog like to go number 2 inside not much urine.

  1. Yes it works. I spray it on (after removing what I can) and I let it sit a few minutes. Then clean it up.

Does this work on laminate floors

  1. Yes I use this on my laminate floors.

does it work for cat urine smell

  1. Thank you for contacting Nature's Miracle. The hard floor cleaner should work for cat smell. However if it is a severe, set-in odor we would recommend the Nature's Miracle Advanced Just for Cats formula. I hope this answers your question. -Katie B

Has anyone used a product that takes urine stains out of granite?

  1. Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. The Nature's Miracle Hard Floor formula would be ideal for taking stains out of a granite surface. I hope this answers your question. Katie B-

What item would you suggest for use in a carpet shampooer? We use regular carpet cleaner most often, but there are a few spots that our dog has urin

  1. I have found that Natures' Miracle Cleaner works well and leave a nice scent. In my case, I would have to go over the places more than once to eventually eliminate the urine odor. My dog has peed down to the padding, and no matter how much I clean that area, eventually the urine smell comes back. So, I figure I must let it soak down to the padding and clean the area even when she has not peed there. When I empty the water after cleaning, I sniff the filter in the bucket I am emptying and it smells like urine. So again, I figure I must clean that area more often to eventually get down to the padding. After cleaning the carpet I spray extra from a spray bottle while the carpet is wet. If you just clean the area once you may not get all of the urine. The Tropical Bloom scent makes my living room smell heavenly.

how do i get rid of urine and Feces smell i have a balcony thats wood

  1. I rent a house with wall to wall hard wood floors and 3 dogs. At one point I had a 5x8 area rug (with a floor protector) in the living room. What I did not know was that urine had seeped under the floor protector. When I removed the carpet the hard wood was stained black from the urine permeating the hard wood. After so many markings the wood has been discolored. I have tried everything to remove the stain. The best results have been from Nature's Miracle Stain Remover. I used the spray bottle and very generously sprayed one of the darkest stains on the floor and then walked away. After 15 min I could see the dark stain lighten up. I kept applying the Stain Remover and used a soft nail brush to gently scrub the hard wood floor. After 15 min I would wipe the Stain Remover and repeat. The more I did this the lighter it gets. I am still working on it but the difference is noticeable. I thought I would have to replace the entire hard wood floor because the stain was so dark. But now the stain has been removed to the point that just a new coat of stain and varnish will suffice. Even my friend who is a construction worker said that the stain was such that the floor did not have to be replaced.
