I recently purchased the Pulvex tick and flea collars for my cats. I prefer the collar over the drops because they immediately run out and brush it off in the sand- not good for white cats especially. However, my cat tends to lick her collar while grooming herself. I cut off any excess collar and made a reasonable tightness but she can still reach it. She doesn't seem to be reacting to the collar is terms of skin irritability.
