Lost a lot of birds when I used this suet
It is definitely not the favorite suet of any of the birds that come to my feeders. Even the starlings prefer anything else and will only eat it if there are no other options.

Convenient
I bought this to attract song birds to my backyard. Has been out for several days now, but only attracted a few chickadees, robins, and a downy woodpecker so far. I was hoping for a greater variety of birds, but let’s see what happens.

The number of birds that visit have multiplied since I started using the Morning Song Year-Round Suet. The squirrels try but fail to enjoy it too.

The worst suet in the world.
The birds tried a few nibbles then nothing. Now I have to try to lure all my beautiful birds back. I actually thought maybe the product was rancid until I read the reviews.
What a total waste of time, money and effort.
Save your money and do your birds a favor buy another brand.

One possible reason for the reduction of birds at your feeders could be the presence of predators. Look for a cat or hawk lurking near your bird feeders. Try "predator proofing" your feeder by moving it away from shrubs, woodpiles or trees that offer easy access for cats, etc. Check to make sure that the food offered has not become moldy or rancid and clean your feeder every few weeks while there is activity to keep the birds coming to your home.
