This dog tutu is super cute. While intended for Christmas, the tutu itself has little pink bows on it, so it can be used as other times as well - for Valentine's Day, etc. The waistband is elastic and velco and fits my dog well.

The product was well packaged and the item description matched the product. I was able to put the dress on my dog easily but just as easily as I put it on her she was able to slip out of it. I would recommend using a different elastic so that the product can stay on a bit longer

I received this product for free from the Spotted by Petco program in exchange for my honest review. The Merry Makings Pet Tutu is cute on my pup. I have the XS/S for my 3 lb Pom and it fits comfortably on her. The skirt fabric is sheer and doesn’t snag or prick easily. There is a crinoline-like underskirt that’s soft. The attached pink bows are sewn on and remain crisp looking during wear. The tutu secures on the pup with an elastic Velcro waistband. Overall it’s a surprisingly sweet costume for Christmas or Valentine’s Day.

This is a very pretty skirt but I feel the sizing is off. It won’t even fit my 4 pound cat who is tiny. It’s unfortunate but I will repurpose it on her harness. The material is a bit scratchy as well, so even if it did fit I don’t think it would last on her for long.

We loved this Tutu! It was perfect for the holidays and easy to get on our dog. Our dog doesn't love to wear clothes but this didn't seem to bother her at all since nothing had to go over her head. She got a lot of compliments when she wore it during the holidays.

There's one thing that I don't like is deceptive sizing when it comes to pet clothes. Because I receive these things in exchange for an honest review, I only get to choose the advertised size as there's no description of what the size entails. I have a 90 White Shepherd so I will pick large or extra large only to discover that the clothing would not fit a large dog but a small to medium sized dog. This skirt is cute but did not fit my dog. This size would probably fit medium sized dogs like spaniel type dogs. So buyer beware when buying this

This festive holiday skirt is adorable! It’s easy to put on your pup, but it has a tendency to slide around, even when the Velcro is fastened. The satin-like fabric at the waist makes it glide across short haired dogs. It’s great for a quick photo op, but not for long periods of time.
