Can I put Marqui EPM medication in food for my horse?
Looking for pills/vitamins/medicine recommendations for my dogs excessive shedding. He has a corn, soy, chicken and wheat free diet I bought him a shed defender aswell. And I brush his teeth and fur everyday. I am looking for ways to prevent EXESSIVE shedding.
What are these bumps on my horses’ legs?
Dr. Hinson, our I will try those. I’m not surprised it’s dandruff. He’s had the issue off and on his he was a pup and the vet is aware and they gave us a derm cap but looks like he needs a little extra tlc. Also, I was looking into this product, what do you think?
How much Safeguard Equine paste can be given to Bloodhound puppies 8 wks old and weighing 10-15 lbs for parasites. I have given it to older puppies for 3 days in a row. Worked great.
What is wrong with my horses foot? At first we thought it was an abcess but there is nothing in it. The scab never heals and sometimes leaks blood and our. The good grows in clunky. A foul smelling substance comes out every time we trim the hoof. Her leg is swollen. She has had this for a few years
My dog is on a hip and joint supplement and on the it says 4 to 6 weeks give him 2 then you can drop down to 1 in one week it will be 4 weeks and it does not look like it is working can i try a different hip and joint supplement or what do i do and happy holiday's
He has had what I thought was hyperkeratosis since he was probably 7 months. He was eating Victor dog food and I switched him to Pro Plan sensitive salmon hoping if his issue was from food but after several weeks on pro plan there has been no change. I got an embark test done and it said his hyperkeratosis isnt genetic. What can i do for his paws? They are horribly cracked and you can see the little "hairs", however he doesnt have the yellow look some hyperkeratosis paws get.
Do you recommend the standard coesquin or the MSM coesquin? My first question about this was asking what joint supplement would best and the vet (I don't know what her name is) said she didn't know why he was on a supplement so that was the last question was about..I'm sorry and I hope this makes sense.
We have a emaciated 27 year old horse, is it okay to do a alfalfa only diet following the UC Davis emaciated horse diet ? Or should grain be incorporated also ? thank you so much
I have a Great Pyrenees that is licking his hair out around the back and side. Has white crusty patches that are red underneath them. I use hydroconstine spray. He is 3 yrs old
My dog is licking the bottom of her paws and they are really dry. I read that adding a little olive oil to their food would help. Is that a good idea? What else do you suggest?
