It was missing one of the 2 balls and I called support and they sent me to the store and the store said it was no longer in stock and there was nothing they could do.

Bought this a few days ago thinking it’d help entertain my cats but I was sadly mistaken. This thing shakes and spins almost like it has a tiny engine of some sort 😂 It’s so loud and obnoxious my cats refuse to go near it, and it spins way too fast for them to even play with. (Even with them being high prey drive) Don’t waste your money and just get a cheap spin toy.

No, I do not recommend this product.

My foster kittens love how this toy spins and have balls that they can hit. Sometimes my older guys like to join in too and play. I wish the laser light was a bit higher so they can see it easier. Otherwise I think this toy is great.

My kitten (8 months or so) loves this toy! He has always preferred toys that move on their own as opposed to catnip mice, balls, etc. If your cat is the same, I think they’ll love this! I had to introduce it to him while the toy was off because he was afraid of the noise it makes when it spins at first. Now that he is used to the toy, he loves to chase the red light around, but also still enjoys swinging at the balls inside.

This is a cool cat toy. Although when the toy is turned on it spins and shakes a lot. Almost too much. My cats didn’t like it at all when it was turned on and moving so much. They did play with it a little when it was turned off, but they weren't as interested in the toy as i thought they would be.
