I just got this for my cats and they love playing with it. It works best on hard surfaces. The only con and the reason for four stars is it was difficult to get the batteries in. You need a small screwdriver to open the compartment.

Wiggle Bug For The Win

My 2 cats love watching and smacking the wiggle bug. I would have gave this 5 stars IF it would have been easier to insert the batteries - regular sized phillips screw driver would not fit into the screw- had to go out of my way to find a smaller screw driver to fit it. And IF the batteries would have lasted longer or it would have included an extra set of batteries (batteries didn't last very long at all). Also if the bug would have went in bigger circles (It goes around in a very small circle). Because my cats like it so much I did give it 3 stars.

I got this toy a couple months ago, and it's been a great hit. Whenever I turn it on & put it down, my two cats run over and stare at it as it wriggles around the floor. One watches from a distance, the other gets closer and sometimes tries to pick it up. It's been a real hit with both of them!

Tango enjoys his Wiggle Bug. In my apartment there are not many surfaces it works on and it does tend to get stuck behind a door or in a corner. What he loves most is the chewable spines. I watch him closely, though, so he doesn't tear off and swallow any of them. So far he hasn't torn any off.

How long and wide is it? My cat loves Hex Nano bugs but they are so small they disappear under appliances, furniture, and baseboard heaters. Hoping this is larger

    I don't know exact dimensions but this one easily goes under our couch and has definitely gotten stuck under our fridge before. If that's a concern, I'd find a bigger toy.
