I ordered this toy online and it arrived today for our new 4 month old kitten. It is attached to cardboard, so you have to cut the plastic attached pieces away from the cardboard and get those plastic pieces attached into the toy completely off and out of the toy. Two of the pieces are sharp and embedded deeply inside the dental whale cat toy and won’t come out. I don’t want my kitten playing with it, and hurting herself or biting out the sharp piece of plastic and swallowing it. Also, there is sparkly glitter like specks all over the whale that are coming off on my hand. I threw it away because I am unable to go inside public places at this time to return it. I will never buy any Leaps and Bounds Cat or animal toys. They lost my business.

I ran across this teething cat toy while walking around the store. I saw it and thought it was so cute. So I bought it for my baby named Tiger. Even though she is finished with her teething stage because she will be 3 years old in May. She loves it and plays with it daily. I would recommend buying this teething cat toy for your kitty. I wish that I found this toy for Tiger when she was a kitten.

The cats loved the feathers but otherwise were not super interested in this one. The catnip aspect did not seem super strong to lure them in. They did not chew on it as it is meant to. It is a very cute design though.
