I wanted to try a booster seat for my traveling cats, Cheech and Chongo. I've used kurgo products with my dogs in the past, so it's a brand I know and trust. After looking at reviews for the booster seat, I bought one at a local Petsmart. Sadly, they only had 1 so the Kits took turns on our first trip with it. They seemed to enjoy being able to look out, and I'll have to find a second seat. The carabiner is not ideal however, and I think I'll replace it with a leash clip instead. One question I have is, why is the tether attached to the seatbelt? It seems to me having it attached to the seat is enough, but maybe I'm missing something. I look forward to using this more.

I'm very pleased with this booster seat. It is roomy enough for my 12 lb spaniel to sit up or lie down. It was easy to install and seems sturdy. Very satisfied!

Purchased so our new pup (12 lb mix) would have a safe place to ride and be able to see out the window. She's happy and we're happy. She's up to about 18 lbs and still fits comfortably. The build quality is good, and can compress down to save space when not in use. Note that it "floats" above the seat bottom, hanging from the headrest and supported by a wraparound strap. It easier to install on a captains chair than on a bucket/row. We clip the seat's built in 'biner to her harness after wrapping it around the seat belt shoulder strap.

First off, these things are super bomb. I feel very safe having my dogs locked in and comfortable for their safety and mine. We absolutely love them, but for the price, my biggest concern is that there is no swivel on the carabiner that attaches the dog to the seat belt restraint. We have two puppies Pebbles and Bam Bam 3 and 1/2 month old West Highland Terriers. The girl sits there and just chills. She's a very calm, but the boy is a little more high. Strung probably has some dog ADHD and he does like to twist and turn around a little bit and then the lanyard just gets twisted. For our solution, we looked at in many different ways to have a swivel Incorporated and we landed on the Kurgo swivel tether. It cost us an extra $50 per dog because we have two of everything but it is the perfect setup now. I do love the swivel tether as well and will be leaving a positive review on that. Highly recommend our dogs love these and it just makes travel so much easier. One other thing to note is it would be phenomenal if you had a few different color options, possibly an all black or possibly having some interchangeable colored liners available instead of just blue. Maybe you can have pink or greens, purples, etc. Having some options would be amazing.

I wish I had gotten the dog booster seat sooner. It is the best! My little yorkie feels safe and she has the best seat in the house! It's made extremely well and will last forever! I love the side pockets to put things in. It was super easy to setup and the colors are so nice.

This is an amazing seat for my pup he’s a chihuahua who wants to see where he’s going! It’s incredibly easy to set up and fit nicely in the front seat!

I have three Chihuahuas, and they all love being in this seat! It's great because they can see out the window. No longer are they on my lap or sliding around in the seat; they're safe and comfortable. The structural quality is excellent, with tough fabrics that feel durable. The side pockets offer good storage space for their toys and treats. The fastening system is highly adjustable, making it easy to secure the seat firmly in place. I'm purchasing a second one because one seat isn't enough for them.
