My dog is a year old pitbull mix and is an aggressive chewer. We bought this because we have had good luck with Kong products in the past. Sadly, I can't say the same for this. He has had this toy for about 5 hours and he has already taken chunks out of it. This toy doesn't seem to be made of the same rubber as other Kong products. I'm sure it would be fine for the average dog, but if you have a dog that is dedicated to destroying any toy you give them, as fast as possible, then this is not the toy to get.
No, I do not recommend this product.
