When introducing a ferret to a new food, begin with a mixture of the "old and new" foods, gradually increasing the amount of the new food over a 7 to 10 day period. This will prevent digestive upsets as well as allowing your pet to adjust to something new. Adjust the portions to maintain proper weight and if additional pets are fed. Discard any uneaten food and clean dish before feeding. Daily Feeding Amounts: 1/2 to 1 cup Storage Instructions For maximum freshness, store in a cool, dry location. Reseal between each use. Refrigerate or freeze for extended storage.

Is Kaytee Fiesta Ferret food an okay ferret food? Also what are some other cheap ferret foods?
What type of food do you recommend for ferrets
The last time I asked this question the vet was incorrect and didn’t even bother to read the pictures I had sent, instead called it dog food and said I couldn’t use it, not a very professional reply. I know some ferrents who feed Instinct Raw to their babes& that their Ferrets are happy, healthy & absolutely love this food. Would only be feeding it in AM, Wysong for entire rest of day. This is cat food and is also grain free, I know Ferrets don’t need fruits but I don’t have time to do full raw.
what is the best food/kibble for a ferret? I've read a few articles on the deifferent brands and the pros/cons of each i just want to know what is the best to get even if it has cons.
