If I could give it 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible, bought this shampoo and decided to give my little Yorkie a bath… once the water in the tub drained I noticed that there was his fur all over the tub. My Yorkie has never ever had his fur fall off… Absolutely horrible product and would not recommend.

This isn’t my first time buying this product. This shampoo IS truly tearless & gentle. My small dog’s face gets scrubbed well with it and he never acts displeased or shows signs of his eyes being irritated.

This was gentle enough for our kittens that are only 10 weeks old. They were rescues and really needed a good cleaning. The smell was gentle and it didn’t irritate their skin

I have tried several different kinds, and none of them compare to this one. My puppy was so soft and smelled great. The scent wasn't too strong. But it lasted a few days.

Does this help stop shedding?

    I honestly haven’t noticed a change in the shedding (we have very long haired, fluffy kitties that shed a lot), it is a very gentle shampoo that is great for my kitty’s and dog’s sensitive skin. It doesn’t leave them itchy, so they aren’t scratching any extra fur out throughout the day.

Does this shampoo have any fragrance or perfumes?

    When I use the product it has a smell, I cant really explain it well but once you wash it off the smell goes away.
