I see why it is on sale. The light stopped working after 3 days. There is no plug in option. Also, you have to remove the entire lid for feeding.

Why do they market such tiny tanks for bettas? It's because people don't know any better. A betta should NEVER be kept in a tank this small. Do your research, people!

I bought this for a previous betta I had that passed away. The tank is way too small for an adult beta and the light would not work. It’d stay on and then shut off. It wouldn’t stay on longer than 30 minutes if that. I went to the store to replace the led light feature and the same thing happened with the light bar at the store. Would not recommend this tank unless you’re asking for problems with its features.

I bought two of these one for my granddaughter and her beta died in two days $20 plus tank cost. My tank gets dirty within a week even with the filter very disappointed because I wanted to take it into my classroom

Bad lighting issues

I should have read the reviews before I bought this product. I keep putting new batteries in the light and it might work a day or two. Doesn’t matter if it’s on 2 hour or 4 hour it just doesn’t work. I’m so frustrated because we can never see the frogs we have in here. It’s too much of a pain to take them out and return this whole unit. Is there and electric version of the hood light?

I cannot get the light to stay lit with brand new batteries of the sane brand or plugged in. It turns on but only stays on for about one minute. Is it possible to get a replacement?

How do I keep the light on for 24 hours its keeps shutting off
- Hi Erica Kacz, This SKU #: 2461329 is a battery powered LED light and comes with a built-in timer that can be set for 2 hours, 4 hours, or continuous ON. We highly recommend that you use the same brand of batteries that are fresh and not exhausted in order for the light to run 24 hours. If you are using old batteries or even using an assortment of old batteries with new batteries then it can affect how the light functions. Thanks.

how do you remove battery cover?
- Hi Suzy B. Please check the bottom On 2 sides of the square light box there are brackets that simply need to be unhinged (finger nails can easily unhinge the brackets). Once the brackets are unhinged, your customer will see the batteries and they can then be easily replaced. Thanks,
