Snap, Turn, Lock. Place the lock connector onto any Habitrail trail and snap the second trail into position. While the lock connector is NOT in the lock position you can move the trails in any direction. To lock the connector in position, simply turn the outer ring in either direction 1/8" turn. There are two indicators, one on the inner ring and the other on the outer ring. Once the indicators are lined up, the lock connector is locked. With this new connector, Habitrail is the only true limitless hamster environment.

Will theses work on a ferret playpen where you hook a 4" tube too???
Can PetCo please start stocking Habitrail OVO merchandise. The Kaytee is :-( , tabs break to easy, quality of product as a whole is nill. I switched to OVO and I am very impressed and my Winter White seems to be much more happy and active.
- I wish they stocked them as well. Plus the tubing that comes with Kaytee products are not big enough for the animals they advertise. OVO tubing is MUCH better for pets and easier to clean. And in case you're animal gets stuck for any reason, OVO tubing is much safer to open and get to them.

Do the connectors work for the habitrail ovo dwarf hamster habitat?
- Yes, they do! Even though the tubes are skinnier, the ends of the tubes are actually larger in diameter so they use the same connecters as the regular tubes do.
