This fountain did not work as described, the water came out in a little stream then would stop. I tried everything the booklet said & it did not work. Also the directions were very hard to follow. The unit was bigger than I thought & took up to much space.

I’m extremely happy with this product. Unlike my other fountain, this one has an app that notifies me when I need to refill the tank, clean the fountain and when it’s time to replace the filter making it easier to keep track of for maintenance. My cats also enjoy the fountain and took to it immediately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this water fountain! My dogs drink so much water that I was constantly filling up their water bowl! This size is amazing because I only have to fill it once a day AND the app notifies me when the water is low! I love that I can set it to run/stop at certain times like overnight when I don’t want my dogs drinking a ton of water (because they will need to be let out if they do). I also love the fountain sound, it’s relaxing! Noise level is perfect for background sound without being a nuisance. Only sound that is annoying is my dog’s tags hitting the metal but I’m ok with it because the metal is perfect for keeping the water clean and cool. It also so easy to clean and the app lets you know when to clean and replace the filters! The metal is also very durable so I am ok with the occasional sound of the tag hitting it.

This will alleviate the dirt built up all over. It is so quiet that you don’t even notice it is there. I love this app to tell me when to change the filters and when to add water. Love it
