This is the ultimate tool to help you keep your fish and plants healthy and happy! With this kit, you can accurately measure water parameters and make sure your aquarium is always in tip-top shape.

  • - Ideal for saltwater environments: Calcium is essential for the growth and maintenance of a healthy skeletal system in fish and invertebrates. And let's be real, who doesn't want a strong and sturdy pet? Low levels of calcium can lead to slow growth and disease. Yikes!
  • - Regular supplementation is necessary: Marine reef aquariums absorb calcium like crazy, which means you need to test regularly to make sure you're keeping up with demand
  • - Can also be used in freshwater environments: If you're keeping and breeding African Rift Lake Cichlids, you know they demand more mineralized water conditions. This kit can help you monitor calcium levels to maintain target levels
  • - Easy-to-use: We know testing water parameters may sound intimidating, but fear not! The Fluval Fresh/Salt Calcium Test Kit comes with everything you need to get started, including clear instructions
  • - Compact size: This kit is only 3.5" L x 5.5" W x 2" H, which means it won't take up too much space in your aquarium cabinet
  • - High-quality: Fluval is a trusted brand in the aquarium world, and this kit is no exception. You can count on it to give you accurate readings every time

Approximately how many tests are in this box?

Help? im just not understanding the results. It says add drops from 1 & 2 then 1 drop of #3 & to continue till purple & that's your calcium level x 20 i Got 3 drops b4 purple so is this good or bad what's the test range to gauge good or bad for freshwater

    1. That would be bad that means calcium is at 60 and you want it at or around 450, add 7 drops from 1 then shake, shake bottle 2 for 5 seconds then add 3 drops, then add one drip and shake and continue to add 1 drop and shake until it turns purple, as you are doing this Clint how many drops you add from bottle three until it turned purple for instance if you did 20 drops your calcium would be 400
