The bottoms of the bowls are too flat and they do not sit securely enough in the silicone base, the metal bowl removes around as my dog eats.

I ordered this for my dog, but it was smaller than I expected, so it is now the cats bowl. My error, not theirs. But it does work well for the cat. He has a flat face and he does seem to eat out of it with ease. It is a good quality bowl, easy to clean.

The stainless steel slanted bowl insert is easy to clean between feeding and at a natural angle for wet and dry food. The bottom piece holds the bowl in place and keeps it from sliding all over the place. I always use stainless steel bowls for my pets because the are easy to keep sanitary. But they are noisy and slide all over the place. The EveryYay Bowl had solved that problem. I highly recommend this bowl. I appreciate the smart and quiet design.
