How can I get rid of fleas on my 6 week old kitten safely and effectively?
Which of the two dewormers is better for a 10 months old British short hair? Thank you so much!
I took in a pregnant feral cat. Two days later she gave birth to her babies. They are 11 days today. I just noticed one has a very crusty eye while the other one is fully open. Is it too soon to apply antibiotic ointment to the kitten? Should I just continue with warm compresses and cleaning with saline solution? Just to be clear, I will take her to the vet if the condition worsens.
Hi I have a momma cat and 2 10wk kittens. All have fleas. (Mom is a tiny little thing, kittens 1.5/1.7#) between the 3 I split one dose of catego (mom 1/2, kittens 1/4 ea). I separated mom so she couldn’t bathe them...THEN I see it’s not for nursing! Both kittens eat solid food 2x/d but can still be found nursing from mom...where do I go from here?!
My little kittens eye keeps watering and he keeps it closed im very concerned and would like to know what i can do?
Kitten, 6 months, i problem but lost it, puss out nose and green stuff out of eyes. used Terramycin for eye and no help. Kitten lethargic, oriented and twitching now, tried to get antibiotic through dr foster and cannot without approval. Also today quit eating. What is possible for help
Does our new kitten have pink eye? We found her outside today. Is there anything we can run to the store and get to treat it?
Hi, I'm going to move with my 8-months-old kitten in a couple of days and the trip will take over 5-6 hours. I've decided to use Beaphar products. What is it better to use to reduce the stress - the collar or the drops? And is there any product from that brand to help stranger cats get along?
This cat usually stays with us , then leaves but one time he never came and 3 days ago he came back bleeding not sure what happened . I want to clean it up with cotton swabs but not sure what kind of cream to put . Don't have enough money to take her to the vet I'm taking care of one of my dogs
I have an 8 year old tabby female cat and she has a wound which looks to be a cut on her paw. The vet gave her antibiotics that lasts 2 weeks a couple days before Xmas and we dipped her paw with the cleaning medicine prescribed but it made her vomit when she licked it so we stopped and the wound scabbed, she stopped limping and licking but she recently just reopened the cut during a cat fight and is limping again. Should we just start the dip again or make an emergency appointment? Thank you
Hendrix has a small collar sore. I washed it yesterday with medicated dog shampoo (antibacterial + antifungal) and then I put a thin layer A & D ointment on it. I did the same today. Is there anything else I can use to help heal it?. He’s in not in pain or doesn’t wince when I touch it or cleanse it. just reposting to add pictures Also I have goodwinol ointment. Btw the black thing is his leash just to coax him in the tub, it didn’t touch his sore but he’s collarless
How much unflavored pedialyte would you give a 6lb senior cat to help prevent dehydration from diarrhea due transitioning to a new food? Can it be given directly with a feeding syringe or should it be diluted in water and if so how much dilution? Thank you.
