very easy to use and foldable. We used one for people which were too big for my Malti-poo and also, I had to buy cooling pad separately which he did not like. This one is perfect for us.

I just purchased this and there are zero instructions for coiling back within the packaging and the video online is incredibly useless. There is nothing written. I would not recommend this and I will be returning it to the store as I have nowhere to store something of this size. Plus it scares my dog when the wind is going.

Product fun if you are not trying to be portable. Impossible to fold up to return to pouch, and completely impossible to add tube back in. Certainly could not use if going to beach with other beach supplies, and would be impossible to fold up with dog and supplies in tow. Completely disappointed.
