- It will depend a lot on the type of fish. We have a betta, 5 rasboras, and a snail and I think we could safely add a couple more.

What lid fits this tank? I see links for a lid with a 30 inch length. I don't know how that will fit inside a tank with only a 24.5 inch length. I believe it will fit the 20 long but this is 20 tall

is this tank tempered glass?
- Hi! We appreciate you messaging us. Not generally, but any tank can be made with tempered glass in the event that there is a shortage of standard glass to build them. Unfortunately, we do not have any accessory markings to indicate if a tank is made with tempered glass or not. You would have to do a polarized lens check. Please keep in mind that regardless of what type of glass a tank is made with, any alteration of the original design/format will void the tank’s warranty. Is this a good size for a baby red ear slider turtle? He fits currently in my 10 year old palm he is still a baby...
- Red Eared Sliders, like many available aquatic turtles found in pet stores, get large and need a lot of room to swim. Reaching upwards of 12", and being very powerful swimmers, causes them to need a very large water source to swim in. For turtles up to 6", a 40BR Aquarium will work, but you'd still want to provide a larger aquarium if possible. By the time they are 10", they should be in something no smaller than a 125 gallon aquarium, and again larger if you're able. Since they eat in their water and go to the bathroom in their water, the quality of the water is a very important. A very large filter is needed. We suggest a minimum size filter that's made to filter 2 times the volume of your aquarium. So if you have a 40 gallon aquarium, you'll want a filter made for at least 80-100 gallons of water

I am having a hard time finding a lid for this aquarium. I have one for fish that I like a lid to cut back on evaporation. However, I’d also like to purchase another for my Pac-Man. But I can not find glass lids with the correct dimension??

Going to be bringing a few guppies home, probably all females for simplicity sake. We have the 10 gallon tank, master test kit, heater, filter, some Omega One guppy food, and the proper decorations. But I would like to know any tips on how to safely bring them home in my car. (We still have to cycle the tank, so no rush.)
