This freshwater plant has a slow and steady growth rate. Named after its sword shaped leaves, this plant slightly varies in its shades of green.

- Best as a background plant in larger tanks as they reach upwards of 20 inches in height.
- Does best with sufficient supplements, 2+ watts per gallon of lighting, and loosely packed gravel or substrate.
- Avoid cichlids and goldfish as they tend to damage live plants.
