What could this lump on the gums above my dog's right canine tooth be? The third photo is his other canine, without a lump on the gums.

My 1 year old Shi/Chi still has two milk/baby teeth ( one incisor and one canine.) Her canine is currently in the process of coming out, but it’s lookig different than the other times her teeth have been loose. I’ve noticed that the gum around her tooth is turning blue/purple. She doesn’t seem like she’s in pain, but I don’t know if I should be worried. Is the tooth okay ?
