Hello. Yes, the medication in Sileo is used in cats all the time, but actually using this particular product in cats is considered extra-label & therefore you are using this at your own risk. Since the smallest amount that can be dispensed from the tube is one dot, I assume that is the maximum that anyone would want to use on a cat, but PLEASE contact your pharmacy or your veterinarian for the exact amount to be used. Otherwise, I can not recommend the use of Sileo in cats. Thanks for using Boop by Petco.

Sedalin contains acepromazine, which is a commonly used horse tranquilizer, and, depending on the dose, the effects should wear off in 6-24 hours. Bombproof is a supplement that contains tryptophan to try to help with calming and is not a prescription sedative. I would not routinely use these products together, but it should be ok once. If you see that Tally seems overly sedate to the point where he could harm himself, I recommend that he be seen by a vet immediately. Until the sedation from the combination of these products wears off, he should not be worked or ridden.

Hi, I can understand why you are anxious for your road trip! It sounds like Ainsley has quite severe motion sickness. Cerenia is the best drug for this and has two dose ranges (one for general nausea, and another range which is higher for motion sickness ). Legally I am not allowed to give dosing information about medications without having performed a physical exam on her. I am certain that your vet would be able to tell you if she's at the maximum dose for her weight. Also they can advise on the safety of using other drugs alongside cerenia. You could also consider trying Adaptil which is a pheromone product which can help with anxiety, particularly for travel. It comes as a collar and a spray that would likely help her as well.

There is a syrup called terbutalin, it's also a bronchodilatator but it may be easier to give to her because it is liquid. it's a human product so it can be purchased in a normal pharmacy with a prescription.

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! Seizures can occur due to many reasons that go from a toxicity, metabolic diseases, inflammatory diseases and even tumors. I would reach for more traditional anti-seizure drugs such as phenobarbital. This is something your veterinarian can prescribe for him. Good luck and have a good day! Hoping for a speedy recovery!
