Hi there and thank you for using Boop by Petco to address your concern. At 2 years of age, Jalen is still at a good age to train. I would recommend behavioral training with a certified trainer / behaviorist. If that is not an option, I would recommend using a pinch collar or gentle leader collar to help train. If she is anxious and high strung, I would also recommend using NaturVet Quiet Moments Calm Chews with Melatonin, which can be found online or at your local pet store. You can also use a spray bottle filled with water and whenever she barks or begins to become aggressive, you can spritz her in the face and say "off" or "down" and when she follows the command, reward her with a treat. A trainer is most likely your best option though for faster results. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.

Hi and thank you for using Boop by Petco. Jedi needs to see a veterinarian ASAP. Everything you listed sounds like he is critically dehydrated and has some GI tract hemorrhaging. There are several disease that can cause these issues, and Jedi may require some bloodwork or other labwork to determine the cause of his illness. He may need hospitalization for IV fluids or some other therapy. Please take Jedi in as soon as possible, without treatment, dehydration can cause critical illness or even death.

Hello, sorry to hear about Jax. He could indeed getting older and losing his puppy playfulness. This could also be associated with weight gain or environment temperature. If his lethargy continues to progress or he becomes inappetent, develops vomiting or diarrhea then he should be seen by his veterinarian. In terms of his aggression, it sounds like that may be associated with territorial aggression, which could indeed become a danger to himself and others. Here is some more information on managing his aggression. Hope this helps and best of luck. Introduction Aggression is a common problem faced by many dog owners. It is commonly misunderstood to be based in dominance. In actuality, there are various reasons that dogs can react aggressively. Most commonly these acts are based in fear or anxiety. This handout, will attempt to help you differentiate whether your dog’s aggression is based in dominance or another stimulus, like fear or possession. However it is not meant to replace vi

I'm sorry that you're going through this difficult situation. You may be correct that Jett is territorial/resource guarding, or there may be other factors at play. He could also be anxious or fearful, leading to him acting “aggressive”. It is very important that you have Jett see a veterinarian to rule out medical causes, and to see if medical therapy is indicated for his behaviour. It is also essential to make sure he is up to date on his vaccinations, particularly his rabies vaccine, in the case of a bite. I recommend you seek the advice of a veterinary behaviorist to help curb this behavior. If left untreated, Jett and Sasha may end up in a fight, where one or both of them may be seriously injured, or worse. I’m not sure if you mean that he is barking and lunging or if he has actually tried to bite you or Sasha when you say he is aggressive, but it is important to curb his behaviour before he gets to that point. Please work with a veterinary behaviourist, or if that's not possibl

Hi there! Superman and batman for halloween- I love it! Very cute. A small tiny bit of cooked shellfish should be okay, but I would advise against raw shellfish/fish as there are parasites and bacteria in them that could make them both sick. Hope this helps and thanks for using Boop by Petco!
