Ruffwear is generally considered one of the best apparel companies for pets. Otherwise it is all highly variable. I recommend to look at product recommendations online. Any boot is liable to cause annoyance to a pet since they are not use to wearing them. Petsmart and Petco both tend to carry products that work well and are durable. Thanks for using Boop by Petco! This may be due to the paw pads being too dry. You can use something to moisturize them a bit. I like a product called Musher's secret but there are plenty others in the market. If this does not improve despite that, I would recommend you have her evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Red paws, vet says environmental allergies. Vet gave me antibiotics, prednisone. Was gone for awhile. Then came back. Anything I can do at home instead of taking him to vet? Got no money to take him to vet.
Hi there and thank you for using pet coach to address your concern. I would recommend starting topical therapy in addition to what your vet previously prescribed. I would recommend starting a shampoo such as Douxo PS calm shampoo and bathe twice weekly. I would also recommend using welactin omega 3 fish oil and essential 6 spot on by dermoscent. Malacetic conditioning spray is a great option to treat localized irritation such as the paw pads and you can use this spray 2-3 times per day to manage the discomfort.

My dog has big lumps on her paws what should I do ?
Thank you for using Boop by Petco! From the photos, it appears that there is matted fur on the paws. I recommend having your dog professionally groomed to trim the mats off as they may be somewhat painful as they pull on the skin. I hope this helps!
