bump on my dobermans toe, for a week, went to the vet and he did a needle aspiration and says its a tumor not a cut, and suggested amputation of the toe, no punch biopsy, but said a tumor from microscope, should we just amputate off of that finding? the microscope showed light purple spots in multiple area, it was bleeding after a morning run, that;s when we noticed it 1 week ago. she is 3 yrs old
