Our 11 y.o. terrier mix (13 lbs) has back problems and has trouble eating from a dish on the floor. The Double Diner is the perfect height for him and makes meal times visibly easier on his back. The ceramic bowls are heavy and don't move around when he eats. The bowls are sized for bigger dogs, and we measure his food so he doesn't overeat. The support is painted, composite wood and picks up dings pretty easily (I use a black marker to cover up paint chips). I took off one star, because it will likely look well used in a short amount of time.

I got this because my cats had been drinking from my dogs wide water bowls, which often lead to lines forming at the bowls after meals. This bowl set is decently wide for cats, giving them plenty of room for their whiskers to not touch the sides. They almost exclusively drink out of the left bowl, but that's cats for you!

Absolutely perfect! This set is just elevated enough for my small dogs, so they can stand and eat properly, but our old man of the house can still sit and reach his water just fine. Its a beautiful set - looks less like pet supplies and more like furniture/decor. And the holes for the bowls have rubberized rings that help hold the bowls steady (and quiet!) while the dogs are using it.

These ceramic bowls are absolutely beautiful and such high quality. They are rather large (for a small/medium dog) and will hold plenty. They rest deep into the stand so there’s no issue of them being too high. Being dishwasher safe is a great plus. The base itself is simple but still nice. I like that it’s squared so it’s easy put in a corner or against the wall. It seems to be a multilayered particle board or something similar. Unfortunately this means it’s subject to wear and tear over time, especially the edges which may start to peel up as mine did from during shipping. A removable liner rests between the bowl and stand which prevents damage from the two rubbing together and makes it easier to clean.

This elevated dog bowl is great for our puppy who's 4 months old. He's a mini Schnauzer but this helps him greatly with not having to strain his neck so much. It also has a sophisticated look to it versus just having a dog bowl there. The dark wood elevation gives it a great look. I also like how the areas where the bowls are have liners so the plates don't damage the wood. The plates are easy to clean and look amazing with the dark wood color. I gave this 4 stars because it came damaged due to shipping. One of the sides has a crack in the wood. We were able to fix it and it still works great for our little guy.

This bowl set is modern and sleek. Too small for my 70lb Husky but would be a perfect size for a small to medium dog. There's a plastic liner around the wood part which secures the ceramic bowls perfectly.

I just received this elevated double diner dish system, which is great for my senior dog. He’s missing a leg and also blind in one eye, so anything I can do to make him more comfortable. He seems to really like the elevated bowl system.

I like the stand seems sturdy and the bowls are both made of sturdy ceramic. There is a rubber ring to protect the stand where each bowl goes. The dishes are both dishwasher and microwave safe. The stand measures 15 1/2" long, 8 1/2" wide and 5 1/2" tall, when bowls are in measures measures 7" tall. The bowls are each 3 1/2" deep. My Chihuahua only stands 9" tall so is to high for her but my 18 lb mix has no problem. The only things I don't like is it has to be placed against something because it does slide on floor and not sure how well the stand will hold up to water spilling as it is pressed wood.
