I'm using this light for a 10 gallon freshwater planted tank setup. Its stocked quite a bit, and is going through its phases. The lights that came with my aquarium just didnt cut it at all. This light is fantastic for me, as its already hard to find a light that is even able to closely fit on top of a 10 gal wothout se janky clamp setup. However this doesnt rest on the rim of the aquarium, i have a glass hood so i just set ot on top of that. > love the fact its programable and the light fades in and out over 30 minutes. The spectrum seems to satisfy my plants quite well. I wish i was able to get one thats 20 inches for a standard 10 gallon aquarium but this seems to be working just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this with a smaller tank I had with some Shrimp and smaller fish and the customization of the colors is truly amazing, outside of the various different preset colors you can choose from, you can also totally adjust how much red, blue, and white LED taints you want in the tank. You can also adjust the intensity of the light if you think it’s too bright and can also just use white if you want a bright clean look! Totally recommend this but might get a bigger size next time.

I think it works really well and I like that it has a remote so I can change the settings easily and there is even different settings for changing the colors! I know that might be a little loves how fashionable his tank becomes with a little light show.. LED lights are the way to go!

It has a variety of different colors which my fish seem to love and it also has a timer so I can set up different colors to go on at different times. if you’re looking for a nifty LED light with a bunch of different color options then this is a go to. It is a little pricey but to be honest I think it’s totally worth it compared to the lights I have gotten before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice LED with extendable flaps, one of my favorite features is the cool remote it comes with. It allows for full control of the color spectrum. The timer function is handy as it's one less thing that needs an external timer. It feels very solidly built. The flaps that extend the reach of the product are a little difficult to pull out sometimes, but it's likely because it's new out of the box, it works just fine. It comes with batteries for the remote which is always nice, it takes two triple A's. I like how there are no buttons on the light because to me that says there is less chance for water entry, all of the controls are from the remote itself. If any issues arise I will update but for now this is a nice light that I would recommend for anybody looking for this size RGB LED light for tanks (or a few small plants).
