Our cat has recently gotten an eye infection. She is the only one of our three cats that has this. She has had it in her left eye for about two weeks. We have tried the Vetericyn plus eye drops for cats which previously worked on one of our other cats, but hasn’t help at all this time. She is 15 years old and I was wondering if you had any idea of what this might be and or any advice. Thank you
my chiweenie has been squinting his left eye. I did get a new area rug which he loves to stretch on. he has been rubbing against furniture. I was able to clean the corner of his eye and got some brownish discharge out. I have some old otc dog eyewash but I don't know if I should use that. I also have some benedryl
What medication can I use that will take away the gunk my old 18 year old poodle accumulates in his eyes I’ve tried to use the clear eye medicine but it doesn’t help
it seems like something has been bothering my 5month old puppies eye. I don't know if he has something in it or not. but i was wondering how to wash his eye out like what to use to rinse his eye out
Hi, I have noticed that my pups right eye has formed eye boogers significantly more than the other eye last two days. I went to an animal hospital for some other reason (he got attacked by another dog at a dog park and limping) and mentioned that to my vet but he told me to wait. I want to take the precaution and wash his eyes with proper products. What could be used?
My 10 yr old chihuahua terrier mix seeks to have an eye infection or allergies ,I've noticed she's almost allergy like to her sister,3 yr old shitzu, ive started antibiotics eye gel and eye soothing drops . What else can I give
He's having this kind of eye allergy or infection as shown in attach photo and I went to vet he advise these eye drops namely FLURBIPROFEN SODIUM OPTHALMIC SOLUTION USP (IMAGE ATTACHED) so for what these eye drops is mainly used for? My dog is having watery eyes with very little white kinda fluid coming
Vet has me giving my dog artificial tears solution polyvinyl alcohol 1.4%. It looks like the brand has discontinued it or has a shortage. What should I look for when deciding on a new artificial tear? I can’t find one with the polyvinyl alcohol. (Also taking tacrolite)
Bentley has a lot of chronic allergy issues especially with constant eye goo/discharge (even with daily dry eye drops, apoquel). I noticed theres a tiny little divot in the bottom of his eyelid. Vet said just keep an eye on it. Is there a big concern or any signs to look out for that could be an indication of a corneal ulcer or anything? also, what’s the best kind of washcloth to use to clean the eyes? cotton pads don’t seem to help moisten the hard crust or work too well. thanks in advance!
My dog has a red, swollen, itchy eye with discharge. She seems sensitive to light and is not her usual high energy self. I used saline eye wash for a day and it got worse. Now I'm using vetericyn eye gel and it seems to help. When I opened her eyes to put the gel in her normally brown eyes were pale and grey, as If she was blind. This hasn't been going on for more than 2 days, is she going blind or could it be a symptom or side effect of the medicine? She is 2 years, a German shepherd
What is good product for war mites and dirty ears?
Two kittens of her has swallen eyes. One kitten has both eyes swallen but open, the other has one and is closed still ( 3.5 weeks old ) . I read opticlox ointment could be used however no vet is nearby . What can I use to substitute that from the human drug store ?
