MIRACLE SPRAY!!!

ROXGURL

I purchased this from PETCO the 2nd time my dog scraped her paws raw from running. Raw to where it was bleeding really bad. The 1st time it happened, I took her to the ER. They wrapped it in a more professional fashion, gave me meds, and directions on how to best change the dressing. That took a good 8 days to heal. Cool! I saw this product and figured I’d buy it in case of an emergency. Sooo the 2nd time she rubbed her paws to the point of bleeding, I SATURATED them with this stuff. Within 24hrs it was like nothing happened! I was already a believer, but this blew my mind even more. My dog got bit at the dog park. I didn’t realize until we got home and I saw the blood oozing out of her neck and on my clothes. I grabbed this stuff and SATURATED her neck. I told myself if the harsh bleeding didn’t stop I was going to take her to the vet. Being anxious, I kept dabbing my finger to see how wet it was. Within 3hrs the bleeding slowed down A LOT! I SATURATED it again. A few hours later I see there’s no bleeding at all and the redness has decreased quite a bit. I spray on some more and as I’m rubbing, I see the actual hole where the other dogs tooth punctured my dogs neck. I’m freaked out because it looks like she should get stitches, yet there’s no bleeding. It looks clean too! I tell myself keep SATURATING. We eventually go to bed, wake up and all is looking GREAT!! I SATURATED again, and hours later I noticed she scratched the dried gel off. I come to re-spray and see the hole has pretty much closed! I’ve continued to spray, but just look at the pics. These photos were taken within 30hours. Vetricyn is a miracle spay! I highly recommend it! Totally worth the money whether you buy it from Amazon, Petco, Chewy, wherever!!! If you buy it online and complain about how the product came damaged or with a bad pump, go to the pet store!! Before online shopping you had to go to the store. Remember…SATURATE!!

Yes, I recommend this product.

This is an amazing product for many different issues from dry, itchy skin to cuts and abrasions and even some fungal & bacterial problems. It helps the skin to heal twice as fast as usual. I run a racing stable and pretty much just carry it around with me all morning.

My 2 indoor cats like to roughhouse which often means one or the other ends up with minor scrapes, which then become points of surface irritation, especially around the neck & shoulder region. As anyone with cats knows a minor scrape or scratch can become a major skin issue quickly, with vet visits & expensive treatment following to clear it up. Vetericyn Plus Wound Care (Hydrogel) quickly stopped my cat from scratching & re-opening his surface neck abrasion. (Please note: I say surface because I don't think this would suffice in care for any deep wound.) For surface abrasions & irritations this stops the pain & itch FAST! I used it as follow up after Vetericyn Wound Care. Also note: being a gel it does tend to clog the spray nozzle so I just put a dollop on some cotton wool & applied/dabbed onto affected area. Soothed it immediately!

Hydrogel Spray

MurphNTurf

I wish I would've bought this sooner! Murphy is a hard player and a little hunter that often winds up with all kinds of scratches from the brambles in the woods. His latest wound was a little scratch on his leg, and I figured I'd try this out and see how it goes. It healed beautifully and much quicker than I expected! He had been licking it like crazy before I put it on, and I thought he's keep licking after, but he left it alone! It must've felt better already once I sprayed this on. The gel stayed where I sprayed it and didn't rub off on any of his blankets from what I saw either. I love that this can be used on multiple animal species and isn't harmful if ingested (especially because Murph sometimes likes to lick his feet and legs, especially if he gets a scratch). This is definitely going to be a staple in Murph's first aid kit from now on!

Questions

1 - 10 of 13 Questions
Sort by: Newest Answers

Is this safe to use on a cut on the inside of my dogs ear?

  1. Yes! Our Hydrogel formula can be used in and around the eyes and ears without any concerns. Depending on how dirty your dog's ears are, you may want to first clean with our Ear Rinse or any Vetericyn Plus liquid formula prior to applying the hydrogel.

My dog has clipper rash on his genitals would this help?

  1. Our Vetericyn Plus hydrogel would work well on rashes or abrasions caused from clippers. Apply 1-2 times per day and there is no worry if the product is licked or ingested.

Will this work for inflammation around toe nail on dog?

  1. I think it could help.

Is this safe for a hamster?  Mine is recovering from a mite outbreak and his skin is so red and he keeps scratching it.  Thanks!

  1. Thanks for your question. All Vetericyn Plus products are safe to use on all animals at all life stages. The hydrogel is likely the best solution for your treatment needs. If the area gets dirty after applying the hydrogel, you can also utilize our Wound & Skin care liquid instead, and is equally effective.

What's the difference between the hydrogel version and spray version of the antimicrobial for wound and skin?

  1. Hi Gucciumma. The liquid formula is a great topical spray that helps clean, rinse, and soothe irritations and wounds. The hydrogel is a thicker formula that gels on contact to coat and protect the site. It's great for hard to reach areas or places where liquid may run off. We recommend using the products together for best results – first clean with our spray and then coat with our gel. Both formulations are antimicrobial, non-stinging, and help reduce the chances of infection. Thanks for your question!

The spray says hydrogel but comes out like a thin liquid is it supposed to come out like that when you spray it on or is it supposed to be thick

  1. Make sure you shake it before applying per instructions and depending on the size you buy you may have to turn the nozzle to the correct setting to spray.. the bigger size has two nozzle settings..

My dog has been licking his paws excessively to the point he has open wounds and raw skin can I use this on him? He also has some open wounds on his nose and keeps licking and scratching his mouth excessively, would this be a good treatment for him?

  1. Yes it works well for healing and is safe for your dog. However I would take him to the vet to resolve what he may be allergic to. It could also be anxiety. Good luck to you and your sweet doggie.

Hi. My huskies nose is peeling. Can I apply this to his nose to help heal? Thanks in advance for your help!

  1. Yes! Our Vetericyn Plus Hydrogel is a great topical solution for nose trauma and is safe if licked or ingested. Nose ailments can sometimes be difficult to heal if the root cause is allergies or the dog constantly licks. Depending on the location, you can sometimes use our hydrogel with a wound dressing to protect it as its healing. Good luck!

Can I use this on Leopard geckos

  1. Thanks for your question! Our products are safe to use on reptiles including Leopard geckos. Depending on the skin ailment, a combination of our liquid and hydrogel formulas are best to use in conjunction.

Did this make anyone's cat vomit?

  1. Hi Taylor92. All Vetericyn Plus products are non-toxic and safe if licked or ingested. Please contact us directly at customerservice@innovacyn.com if you have any questions or concerns. We'll be happy to help you out. Thanks!
