My spayed puppy is peeing blood and having accidents, is this normal?

You should call the vet and give him/her an update so they know what is going on with your dog. Your vet may want to see her or just ask you to bring in a urine sample to check for an infection. If she has a urinary tract infection, your vet may prescribe an antibiotic, unless she is already on an antibiotic post-spay.

If she was spayed at the time of surgery, it seems like the bleeding would have resolved by now. She could have acquired a urinary tract infection though. I would contact her veterinarian to see if a urine sample needs to be tested. Most of the time a small needle will be used to collect the sample directly from the bladder. It is not normal for the puppy to have blood in her urine. She may have some internal trauma from being dropped. She will need to be fed with milk replacer every 2-3 hours. If she is not doing well then I would recommend having her checked out by your vet.
