You can enroll in Petco Perks in store at checkout or online with the Petco app or on Petco.com.

To access your Petco Perks account, you will need to create an account on the Petco app or on Petco.com. Be sure to use the same information you provided in store and enter the Petco Perks ID found at the bottom of your receipt. Once your account is created, you can track your points, stay up to date on personalized offers and create your pet’s profile to ensure they get their birthday gift!

To receive your pet’s birthday treat, you’ll need to fill out your pet’s profile and opt into marketing emails. You’ll receive an email for a birthday treat for all pets enrolled in Petco Perks Premier and up to 3 pets without a Premier enrollment.
Earning and Redeeming Points

Points are earned on Petco purchases on EVERYTHING, from food and litter to grooming, training, Rx and more. Points are not earned on any fees, donations, gift cards, taxes, tips or shipping. Members also receive opportunities to earn bonus points through personalized offers.
All members receive:
- 1% back or 10 points per $1 spent on everything at Petco
- 3% back or 30 points per $1 spent on Petco owned brands

Points are issued within 24 hours after a transaction in store. For online transactions, points will issue within 24 hours after shipping for standard delivery orders, after delivery for Same-Day Delivery orders and after pickup for Buy Online, Pick Up in Store orders.

1,000 points = $1 in Petco Cash

Points can be used in store or online at any time once a member hits 5,000 points ($5 Petco Cash). No loading necessary!
For example, if a member has 12,000 points ($12 Petco Cash) they could:
- Use all 12,000 points ($12 Petco Cash)
- Use only 5,000 points ($5 Petco Cash)
- Save points for a future purchase

Points earned from transactions or offers expire 365 days after issuance.
The monthly reward points issued to Petco Perks Premier members expire 45 days after issuance.

If you make a return, any points earned will be deducted from your account. If you use points on a purchase that is later returned, you will receive those points back in your account.

Earn points for keeping your dog looking their best! With the Grooming Perk, every groom earns a punch. After 7 qualifying grooms, members receive Petco Perks points equal to the average value of their grooms, making the 8th groom free.
Members can activate the Grooming Perk in their Petco Perks account or Dashboard under “Offers For You.” This can also be done at your local Petco; see an associate at checkout. New members will receive an introductory $50 on their first punch card.*

Petco Perks Premier offers smart savings with monthly Petco Cash and key discounts for your pet in categories such as food, litter, grooming, vet and supplies.

You can enroll in Petco Perks Premier either in store at checkout or online on the Petco app or Petco.com.

Petco Perks Premier has the option for members to be billed monthly or annually. This means members can pay $24.99 per month or $239.99 (20% savings!) annually for dog or cat plans and $9.99 per month or $119.99 annually for small pet plans.

Yes, Petco Perks Premier membership is based on pet type. Members will receive discounts for the pet type they have enrolled. Additionally, the grooming and vet benefits are applicable to the specific pet who is enrolled in the membership. If you have multiple pets who you want to receive grooming or vet discounts, they should each have their own Premier plan.

No, Petco Perks Premier benefits do not apply to already discounted products or services and cannot be combined with other Petco promotions.
