Why does my puppy have a white film or blue spot in her eye?

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach!

I can see that the iris is partially blue at the bottom. I can't tell if that means she has a partially blue and brown eye (some breeds can have this normally) or there is something wrong with the eye. Since she is 8 weeks old and likely heading to the Vet soon for vaccines have the confirm that the blue color is a normal variation of her iris color. The white structure in the corner of her eye is normal, it is the 3rd eyelid membrane.
