My new puppy has a bubble under his right eye. Is this something I should worry about

It appears that the puppy has a prolapsed third eyelid gland, or cherry eye. In some cases it flares up with inflammation, such as with allergies. But in most cases it is chronic. There is a very simple surgical procedure to tack the gland down. Likely both eyes will need to be done. If you are prepared to do this surgery, then I don’t see another reason why you can’t get the puppy.
