My dog has a brown liquid-filled lump near his eye. What should I do?

My dog has a very large sack above his eye below his ear that has brown liquid in it losing from it what could this be

It looks like it is most likely an abscess, or pus filled pocket. Possibly from a bite or puncture wound? Without seeing and feeling it I can’t rule out the possibility of a tumor but at 9 months old that would be unlikely. I would highly encourage you to have him evaluated by your veterinarian as soon as possible. In the meantime warm water and Epsom salt compresses can be helpful.
