My 3-week-old puppy has a cloudy eye with a pink lump. What's wrong?

It looks like Pebbles most likely has an ulcer on her cornea. Most of the times these are caused by trauma (being scratched by another animal, bumping the into something, plant material, etc.). You need to get the puppy to a vet for an exam. There is no way for me to tell you what is wrong with the eye just by looking at a photo. Puppies vision develops gradually between 2 - 7 weeks of age and it is very hard to tell at this age how this will improve, The eyes do appear a little hazy and I recommend a vet check to rule out any infectious or inflammatory cause which may improve with treatment. Conjunctivitis, ulcers and certain viral infections can cause 'blue eye' and a full health check is recommended

If you posted a photo it did not come through. What you are describing though sounds urgent.
