No. Bay leaves and tomatoes are toxic to dogs. Do not give pets any human soups because they also often contain onions and garlic which are also toxic. In general, avoid giving pets humans food other than white meat chicken or turkey breast and fresh vegetables such as peas, carrots and green beans. Be careful giving pets frequent human foods (give as treats only) as this may make them finicky eaters. Best of luck.
