I would be very worried that Cocoa sustained trauma to her brain, or to the nerves in her skull that correctly control things like eye position, head position, and walking. Even if she saw a vet right after the injury, she needs to urgently be rechecked, in order to determine her neurologic status and potentially start therapy that can hopefully correct these problems. You are right she could be suffering from a neurological issue, especially if her eyes are larger than normal, and having trouble walking on one side the most. I would recommend taking her into a vet right away for an exam, as time is of the essence in potential neurological problems. The vet can do a physical exam, neurological exam, blood tests, and a urinalysis to diagnose what is causing her symptoms and can treat accordingly.

I would recommend bringing her to a veterinarian right away. I am unsure how long she was out but her behavior is very abnormal for her age. I am worried that she ingested something toxic or was traumatically injured. It is hard for me to discern without a physical exam but I would recommend an exam, some bloodwork and maybe even some radiographs depending.

Monitor for any vomiting or trouble walking or a head tilt. If you notice any eye movements jumping back and forth or a head tilt, that is a sign of head trauma. If you notice no signs after 12 -24 hours then you have nothing to worry about

Poor Stella! I would be concerned you may have stepped on her head or neck given the symptoms you have described. I do think she needs to be seen by a vet for a physical exam and x-rays to be safe, but if she is resting and not showing the same symptoms you described, it can wait until the morning. If she wakes up and shows those same symptoms again, appears very painful, has difficulty walking, her eyes appear bloodshot, and/or she starts bleeding from the nose or mouth, take her into an ER vet immediately.
