My dog's head wobbles after I stepped on her. Should I see a vet?

If she isn't feeling well and just laying on you then I would take her in. If she is comfortable and otherwise ok you can wait until tomorrow but if she won't walk, very lethargic or seems painful I would take her now. I would be very worried that Cocoa sustained trauma to her brain, or to the nerves in her skull that correctly control things like eye position, head position, and walking. Even if she saw a vet right after the injury, she needs to urgently be rechecked, in order to determine her neurologic status and potentially start therapy that can hopefully correct these problems. This is quite urgent, and I'd recommend you get her seen ASAP.

I would consult with your veterinarian and report her symptoms (not an emergency unless she experiences another episode today). Your vet can perform a thorough exam and recommend any other diagnostics to make sure there is nothing obvious that needs treatment.
