Pomeranian fell, bloody nose/eye, crying in pain. What should I do?

Your puppy looks like it is in serious pain. The eye also looks involved and it is possible the other dog bit your puppy behind the eye lid, which could be a reason for the blood from the nose. It would be best to have your puppy seen by a veterinarian preferably tonight. Brandy will need an exam to verify there is no eye damage, fracture of any of the facial bones. She will need prescription antibiotics, and pain medicine. This will likely swell up seriously and may also impede her breathing if there is an injury to the respiratory tract in the head.

Poor pup! I'm assuming you mean hematemesis, which is blood in the vomit. If she is having blood coming from her nose, she is extremely sick and needs to see a vet immediately. I'm not sure what shots she was given, or what she was diagnosed as having, but she could have ingested a toxin or she may have a blood clotting disorder if blood is coming from her nose. She needs medical attention right away, please take her into a vet now.

If she is spotting she should be examined by your vet. Bleeding that much this far after breeding is not normal. She really should not be bred if she has a collapsing trachea as it is a hereditary condition. She is quite young to already have collapsing trachea so it must be pretty significant - either that or she has something else going on all together. I strongly recommend you speak to your vet before breeding her - you need to get a proper diagnosis as to what is going on with her trachea and honestly, she should not be bred until she is her normal body weight.

yes, any possible head/neck injury is always concerning and non weight bearing lameness combined with the poor balance causing him to fall over are all red flags for a possible serious fracture. Please have him fully assessed buy a vet urgently, it is possible he will require xrays to rule out broken bones

I'm sorry Oliver hurt himself. He should be ok since he is acting normal. Monitor for a continued bleeding from the nose, dull mental state, vomiting, wobbly gait, tremors, or seizures. These would be signs of head trauma and Oliver should be seen right away.

These signs and the pics attached are already compatible with a trauma which would require immediate veterinary attention. A full assessment and anti-inflammatory/pain relief meds are likely to be needed in my opinion. Possible signs expected are many, from clear pain to hunched posture, ataxia (incoordination), to lameness, lethargy and mental depression (an many others depending on the type of injury).
