My 10 week old puppy was attacked by another dog. No open wounds, but had some bleeding that almost immediately stopped from the nose. She has swelling around her eye socket and severely bloodshot eye. Minimal eye fluid came out and it was light pink, but turned clear shortly after. She is not stumbling around and seems to be okay. I think she may have a concussion. Do I need to take her to an emergency vet. I flushed the eye with saline solution and have a cold compress on it. Eye not tender

I would recommend taking Brandy to an emergency veterinarian. If she had bleeding from her nose it's possible that she did suffer head trauma like a concussion. I would also be concerned about damage to her cornea that might require further treatment. Even if her eye appears undamaged and she is not showing signs of head trauma I would guess that she would benefit from some safe prescription pain medication.
