My puppy ate my makeup. Is concealer toxic or harmful to dogs?

Hello, sorry to hear about Watson. Likely they easiest way is to rinse this off thoroughly with warm water and make sure you dry him off completely. Potential for toxins do exist but it would be dependent on the ingredient list. Anything with lead or other minerals would be concerning. If your dog did not eat the actual tube and only the content, there should be no problem as non of these ingredients is toxic. However, there is a possibility that Max may get diarrhea. If that happens, you can do the following: Take your dog off food for about 12 hrs, then feed bland food such as boiled rice with boiled white chicken meat in small quantities over several feeds a day. Do this for a day, then start replacing small quantities of rice with his normal food over the next two days until he is at the normal quantity of his regular food. If the diarrhea does not go away by the end of the third day, or your dog is lethargic and dehydrated,you will need to take your dog to a veterinarian for an exam.
