What does it mean if I hear a kitten meow inside my pregnant cat?

The symptoms you described are common in cats in heat. But that isn't possible if she is currently pregnant. Discharge can occur before going into labor, but if it is greenish, she needs to see a vet ASAP. It's also possible she has an infection in her uterus or a false pregnancy. Only and ultrasound or x-rays with a vet will be able to tell which situation is going on.

When cats are hunting something such as a bug, they may chatter. However if your cat's belly is distended or you think she may be pregnant or ill, it is best to seek out veterinary care. Your vet can determine if there is a pregnancy and check for other causes of distended bellies such as internal parasites which require treatment.

If so, make sure she has comfortable area that is private so that she may have her kittens. It's hard to tell what could be going on without being able to examine her or knowing approximately when she is bred. If you aren't 100% sure she is pregnant, she could have a UTI or could have a pyometra. It is also possible she is in labor and is not sure what is going on. I would allow her to choose where to hang out and keep things calm. If the abnormal symptoms persist for a few more hours or additional symptoms develop and no kittens are delivered, she should probably be examined by a vet.

However, keep a close eye on her and make sure she is not continuing to have more contractions without being able to produce another kitten. Most frequently, cats will have multiple kittens at birth, not a single one. If you suspect she is not able to deliver the rest of her kittens, then you should consider having her evaluated by her primary care veterinarian for a possible dystocia. No...not at all. 6 week kitten fetuses are small and it would be difficult to feel a lot of activity through the abdominal wall at this stage.
