My mare has stomach movement and flank sensitivity. Is she pregnant?
Hello, again. As I said earlier, it depends when, or how long ago she was with the colt. Size may matter, but sometimes where there is a will, there is a way. It is possible that your mare may be trying to colic, so the best thing to do is get a vet out to check. Horses are pregnant about 330 days, & it is usually only in the last few months that you can see the foal kicking or moving inside. So if this is not the case & she is showing discomfort, have her checked as soon as possible. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
