If he is keeping his eyes closed and they are tearing excessively (which I would expect with entropion), then I would recommend having your veterinarian examine him again. Unfortunately, there isn't any good treatment for entropion other than surgery, but I'm not sure that is what is going on with him. It is common that the mucous membranes around the eyes and nose will change color in puppies as they age, so that is also a possibility. If Luffy is rubbing or scratching his eyes excessively, I would recommend having your veterinarian examine him again. It could be that Hazel is reverse sneezing. The cause of this could be due to stimulation of the lining of the sinuses by things like infection, parasites, irritants or mechanical stimulation. Given that she is seeing the vet on Monday for surgery, I would give your vet a call tomorrow to let them know you are seeing these signs in Hazel. They might want to see her tomorrow for an exam.
